片側肺動脈欠損症
・第6鰓弓（primitive arch）の回転･移動異常により発生
・約150例が報告されている
・ファロー四徴症、心房中隔欠損、心室中隔欠損症などの奇形を合併するが、約40%は単発

片側肺動脈欠損症の胸部X線所見
・Absence of one pulmonary artery and hyperinflation of the contralateral lung.
・The hemidiaphragma is elevated and mediastinal structures are shifted.
・The normal shadows of the pulmonary arterial branches in the hilus and lung are absent.
・Anormalous systemic arterial blood supply.
・Other congenital anomalies of the cardiovascular system.
