組織　正常脂肪組織に囲まれた正常胸腺組織

Thymic hyperplasia
Most common anterior mediastinal mass in pediatric age　group through puberty
Age: particular in young individual
Histo: numerous active lymphoid germinal centers
Etiology:
　hyperthyroidism (most common), 　
　reatment of primary hypothyroidism,　
　idiopathic thyromegaly,
　Graves disease, 　
　myasthenia gravis(65%), 　
　rebound growth in children recovering from stress (eg, from burns),
　acromegaly,
　Addison disease
