本邦における縦隔血管腫の報告
　0.2〜0.4%
　過去50年に61例
（正岡ら 1971年、寺松ら 1976年、和田ら 1982年）

cavernous subtype　＞　capillary subtype
割合は不明

縦隔血管腫35例
CTとMRIで術前診断が得られたものは
2例（5.7%）のみであった。
泉ら（2002年） T1WIで筋肉よりやや高信号。
T2WIで著明な高信号。
Gd-DTPAで著明な造影増強効果。
鶴ら（1995年） 石灰化が15〜29%にみられる。
（Cohenら 1987年, 平田ら 1998年, McAdamsら 1994年） 静脈石が10%にみられる。
（Davisら 1987年） 造影効果は一定でない（腫瘍内血栓）

FDG-PETでは異常集積なし。
軟部組織腫瘍との鑑別に有用。
（Hatayamaら 2003年）

 

まとめ

・縦隔の血管腫は非常にまれである。
・石灰化や静脈石を伴うことがある。
・MRI　T2WIで著明な高信号。
・造影増強効果は一定ではない。

→血管腫を鑑別に挙げる。
