腎杯が単発または多発性に腎漏斗部の狭窄や閉塞により腎盂との交通を失った状態
主な原因
・腎部分切除、経皮的腎結石摘出術などの外科的手術
・慢性感染症、尿路結石症による炎症
・後腹膜線維症
・悪性腫瘍
症状
・側腹部痛、発熱、血尿、尿溢流、腎結石

・尿溢流の際には孤立性腎杯も鑑別として考慮する
・その術式に合わせた手術の合併症に関する知識もある程度知っておく必要がある
