腹部CT　所見
　左横隔膜下、胃壁の左外側に出血をまだらに含む多房性巨大腫瘤を認める。
　出血とは別にまだらに造影される領域を含み、ねじれたように見える部分もある。
　石灰化や脂肪成分は認められない。
